* “Payment at the venue” is available only if new/renewal registration on the day of the performance is available at the venue.

 

■Time of payment of the service.

・If you pay at a convenience store

  New members：Please make your payment within 30 days after your registration.

  Renewal：Pay the fees between 1st of the previous month of the expiration month to the date of expire.

・If you pay at the concert/event venue, Please make your payment on-site at the venue.

 

■Time of offering the services

You become a member of the Fanclub immediately after we approve your application/renewal for the membership.

■Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations of any kind once you applied/renewed your membership.

（It is, however, possible to unsubscribe your membership in accordance with the membership agreement.）

Once the annual fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded except for reasons attributable to the company.
