Q.I am registered on TeamAyu for the app version and TeamAyu for the web version. Can I apply for tickets on both?

A.You can apply for tickets on both. Please note that the application periods are different for each. Please note that there are different application periods for each ticket.
Platinum Seats...can be applied for by those who fall under the following categories.
(1)Those who have been a member of the TeamAyu web version for more than 5 years (TeamAyu membership was before June 2018).
(2)Those who have pre-registered as a paid member of the app version of TeamAyu.
Normal Seats: Available to those who are members of the TeamAyu web version or pre-registered as paid members of the TeamAyu app version during the application period.

Q. What is Platinum Seat?

A. Platinum Seats are seats that guarantee you a front row seat.
 
Q.How many Platinum Seats can I apply for?

A. Each member is limited to one Platinum Seat per performance.
 
Q.How many performances can I apply for Platinum Seats?
-----------------------------------------------
A. You can apply for the number of performances you wish to attend (multiple performances).
 
Q.Can anyone apply for Platinum Seats?

A. The following conditions are required to apply.
(1)You must have been a member of the web version of TeamAyu for more than 5 years (you must have joined TeamAyu before June 2018)
(2)You must have pre-registered as a paid member of the app version of TeamAyu.

A.Each member is limited to 4 tickets for each show.

A. You can apply for as many seats as you wish (for multiple performances).

Q.Can anyone apply for regular seats?

A.Anyone who is a member of the web version of TeamAyu or a pre-registered paid member of the app version of TeamAyu during the application period can apply.
 
Q.When can I purchase regular seat tickets for Act 1?

A.The earliest advance reservation for regular seat tickets for Act 1 is scheduled forFriday, May 19, 2023 (15:00) - Thursday, May 25, 2023 (23:59)
*Applications will be by lottery. Please do not rush to apply during the period, as it is not on a first-come, first-served basis.Applicable performances: Act 1: July 8, 2023 (Sat) Chiba: Ichihara City Civic Hall - September 30, 2023 (Sat) Tochigi: Utsunomiya City Bunka Kaikan
 
Q.When can I purchase regular seat tickets for Act 2 and Act 3?

A.We plan to start accepting applications for Act 2 performances in July or later, and for Act 3 performances in October or later. Please wait a little longer until you are notified at a later date. Please note that this is a tentative schedule and is subject to change.
 
Q. Can I purchase regular seat tickets for Act 1, Act 2, and Act 3 together?-----------------------------------------------
A. No, you cannot purchase them all at once. Please apply for the tickets at the time of application for each performance.
 
Q. When can I apply for tickets for the performances on Dec. 30 and 31? Also, do you have platinum seats for this show?

A.We will announce the details of the December 30 and 31 performances, including the venue, availability of Platinum Seats, and application period, etc., at a later date. Please wait for a while. 
 
Q.I have already applied for Platinum Seats. Can I still apply for regular seats after waiting for the result of this application?

We are planning to announce the results of the Platinum Seat application on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 12:00 pm.The deadline to apply for regular seats for Act 1 performances is May 25, 2023 (Thu.) 23:59, so you can still apply in time after the Platinum Seats have been confirmed. However, there is not much time between the announcement of the Platinum Seat winners and the application deadline for regular seats, so please make sure to apply as soon as possible.
