[About Ticket Refunds]
Ticket refunding methods differ between playguides (ticket agencies), so please refer to the playguide where you purchased your ticket/s listed below.
Refunds will not be processed outside of the eligible refund period, so please be sure to follow the necessary steps to process your refund during the refund period.
Additionally, please note that we are unable to reissue tickets/process refunds if you misplace your ticket or if your ticket does not have its stub.

Please have your ticket issued at your convenience, then store it in a safe place under further instructions are given.

Take the ticket you have on hand and all commission fee tickets to the Lawson or Ministop location closest to you to receive your refund. Take your ticket with you to a Lawson or Ministop location during the refund-eligible period listed above, then complete the refund process at the Loppi in-store.
While we apologize in advance for the inconvenience, If you have yet to receive your ticket, please first get your ticket issued at a Lawson/Ministop to process a refund at the Loppi.
*Refunds can not be made outside the eligible period. There is no way to process a ticket refund once the deadline for the refund-eligible period has passed.
*Please note that a refund can not be issued if your ticket is lost or damaged.
*Tickets without stubs cannot be refunded.
