Frequently Asked Questions about "TeamAyu"
Will I get a membership card?
We do not send out physical membership cards. Please use the digital membership card accessible on MY PAGE.
Please tell me all the payment methods.
The payment methods which apply to foreigners are credit card payment (VISA, MASTER, JCB, Amex, Diners), Alipay, and Paypal. For those living in japan, you can also pay at the convenience store or with the bank fund transfer request form.
After I subscribe, when does my membership expire?
The membership starts on the date of your registration (the day on which we approve your registration) and it will be active until the final day of the same month of the following year.
Please also note that all registration dates and membership expiration dates will follow the Japan Standard Time.
eg. Registration Date: May 1, 2020 = Membership Expiration Date: May 31, 2021

Will I definitely get tickets to events when I apply through the Fan Club?
You will be entered into a lottery even when applying for tickets through the "Fan Club Exclusive Ticket Reservations", and you could still lose the lottery. Thank you for your understanding.
I'm a foreigner. Can I still join?
We don't exclude foreigners. You may join the Fan Club regardless of your nationality and residence.
Please tell me how to unsubscribe from the Fan Club.
