Confirm your email address, and resend the email address registration form.
■Domain or address may not be on your safe sender list.
Change your junk mail settings to ensure you can receive emails from the domain “avex.co.jp”“avex.jp”“global-fc.net”.
■Your inbox may be above capacity.
Remove unwanted emails from your inbox, and resend the email address registration form.
Q.I have registered my personal information on Membership Registration Form, but I am unable to register my email address and go to a confirmation page.
You must go through all the progress from "Email Registration Form" to "Membership Registration Form" by filling all the information you are required with one device.
If you register your email address by a computer, then use the same device to finish your registration. The error may be occurred if you change to a different types of devices such as cell phones in the middle of progress.
